JOB DETAILS
Managing full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documentation, induction & on-boarding activities, joining formalities, coordinating with hiring manager for closure of the position.
Complete exit formalities of the employees from exit interview, handover, resignation acceptance & relieving letters to coordination related to FNF with concern employee & accounts department.
Maintaining & regularly updating the master database of each employees.
Resolving grievance and queries & maintain discipline.
Managing employee engagement activities.
Sharing weekly reports to director.
Updating daily attendance.
Any other HR activities/ operation work as required.
