Job description
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Conduct quality preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Work Experience/Education :
Minimum 2-3 years experience in working as a human resources executive with proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement etc.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Bachelors /Master’s degree in Business administration/human resources or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus
Key Result Areas:
Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and keeping the vacancy tracker up to date at all times
Timely posting of all vacancies, quality prescreening, organizing interviews and closing the vacancies
Onboarding of new joiners and accuracy in completion of paperwork based on agreed timelines
New Joiners induction and other learning & development activities
Carry out daily HR Operations
Employee Engagement Activities
Generation of monthly reports on talent acquisition
