Candidate should know Email Drafting , Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration activities, Leave management, Attendance , Induction programmes etc.
Conduct employee Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations and Statutory Compliances.
Employees PF &ESI registrations, GMC Insurance policies, PF claims and nominations & Bills follow-ups.
Vendor management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills.
For Male candidate, Two wheeler should be mandatory.
