Job description
New Horizons Cybersoft Ltd is looking for a Sr. HR Executive with well acquired & strong experience in recruitment
Training will be provided on payroll management and statutory compliances
Recruiting:
Design and implement overall Internal recruitment
Source and attract candidates by using Naukri data bases, social media etc.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
Set up, Co-ordinate. Follow-up with interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
Onboarding and joining formalities.
Drafting on all paper work from Appointment, Appraisal & Exits
Payroll Management
Payroll Processing using SAP
Attendance Management through eTime Tracklite
Statutory Compliances (PF Withdrawals, PF Transfers, PT Amendments, Gratuity Renewal (yearly) and Withdrawals, Minimum Wages Amendments (twice in a year), Income Tax Calculations, Documents Collections for Tax Exemption, Form 16s Generation and Circulation, etc.,)
Supporting for audits by providing necessary documentation
Operations:
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Administer HR-related documentation
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies
Handle complaints and grievances
Complete look on time and attendance management.
Handle office operations and administration.
Responsible to ensure the time management of the staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in Human Resource or related field
Strong work experience on recruitment for 2 4 years
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Basic knowledge on statutory benefits and employee policies
