Responsibilities
Responsible or End to End HR activities & Manage 40 Members Team
Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment (Permanent/Contractual).
Should be to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Clients
Involve in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
Schedule interviews (telephonic/face to face) and follow up with the candidates ensuring they take up the interview.
Regularly update the trackers/sheets for easy data check and clarity.
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Job Portals, Database, Social networking sites, alternate mediums to search, Employee references etc.
Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Conducting 1st round of interview to check communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
Qualifications
Around 3-6 years of experience in recruitment.
Good experience in hiring multi skill set hiring
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with proven abilities in problem solving
Highly adaptable in quickly changing technical environments
Should have good knowledge on IT Software Technologies.
Ability to MultiTask with Experience of Supporting Large IT Services Organizations
