Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Female candidates will be preferred.
We are looking for a HR Executive cum coordinator with Confident, Smart & Presentable Experience: (1-2 years) in Real estate
Who will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, having in depth HR knowledge and expertise in managing a real estate company
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins and Co-ordination with the candidates.
Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
