Objectives of this Role
Aaum is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team - ideally someone who has experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting. Its a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market, and the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace with the requirements of our company. Roles and Responsibilities
Source junior and senior level, from freshers to experienced candidates for in-house requirements.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates that meet the requirements.
Understand the requirement completely from the Hiring Managers and tailor your approach accordingly.
Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments to meet our internal needs and also our clients needs.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Write and post technical job descriptions on Job portals, specialist IT job boards and relevant boards wherever permissible, social media and any other relevant channels.
Source profiles from job portals.
Identify key recruiting KPIs
Scrutinise candidates profile thoroughly and find gaps in their CVs.
Compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
Interview candidates, Screen candidate against JD.
Ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the assigned interviewer for scheduling the interviews and send interview invites.
Send offers to selected candidates, keep the Department Head informed of joining dates - make the candidates comfortable in the boarding process - ensure all records are updated and kept updated at all times for convenient future references.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performances.
For candidates that wish to exit ensure all formalities are smooth, conduct exit interviews and records updated without fail.
Connect with relevant academic heads of reputed educational institutes to promote internship in our chosen field of specialisations. Also send them invites for seminars.
Take lead in planning, organising and conducting fun games & celebrations activities, engagement activities (both online and offline), employee recognition acts etc .
Skills and Qualifications
Must have skills:
Proven work experience in recruitment full cycle - ideally as a Technical Recruiter.
Boolean search.
Communication skills (absolute must)
Organised in work approach and must be able to retrieve records quickly.
MS Office
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
