We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resource Recruiter to join our team and manage IT and Non-IT Recruitment. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our companys guidelines and managing processes
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full hiring cycle for IT and Non-IT - Requirement gathering, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling, and coordinating for interviews.
Handling recruitment of different levels starting from Junior, Middle and Seniors etc. Effectively using (Naukri, LinkedIn) Built up Database, Internet (Portals) and Employee referrals for prospecting.
Pre-offer follow up - Checking candidate availability, Scheduling interviews for the Short-listed Candidates, getting feedback from candidates after the interview.
Post-offer follow-up - Regular follow-up with the offered candidates, gauge candidate's interest and motivate till joining.
Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
Experience in handling Ops stakeholders
Should have knowledge in HRMS and ATS Tools
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills and strong market intelligence.
Understanding the recruitment asks - timelines, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability
Experienced in handling larger accounts & multiple customers
Working closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillments
Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
Good on MIS, presenting data and people management skills
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment standard methodologies (preferably in ITES / BPO)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Experience in hiring for Non-IT Profiles like Finance & Accounts added advantage
Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels
Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations
with them.
Build expertise in deep domain knowledge, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
