Job description
Enggservices2india is leading Engineering service provider located in Bengaluru, India. We are currently looking for responsible HR executive with passion collaborate with various channels, including job boards, social media, and Team building activities. We encourage 0-1 year experience candidates with long-term interest to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, and a passion for finding the best talent.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate records of all candidates in the ATS
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed
Ensure compliance with company statutory/policy.
Bachelors degree in HR preferred.
