Follow up for feedback and IAS/MRF
Push for closures and streamlined stakeholder communication maintain trackers real time for data analysis
Create and analyse recruitment dasbhboard and trends Liase with the marcomm teams for advertisement and collaterals
Create and manage IJP & ERS
Assess candidate compensation fitment and roll out offers
Manage the recruitment tracker
Track, maintain and manage repository of candidate details
Prepare monthly recruitment dashboard
Prepare pre- on-boarding links for new joiners and create requisition on tool
Procure candidate documents for compensation fitment
Roll out offer letters and ensure the incumbent joins
Liase with candidate until joining
Handover joining documents to HRBP post joining
