Roles and Responsibilities
Email follow-up from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management HR Executive
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration,.
Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect employees regarding all HR matters
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee records.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Manage employees grievances, Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in with good knowledge of English
Expert in English Speaking
Good knowledge of Computer with MS Office
Good knowledge of HRMS software like Zoho or any other equivalent software
