*Roles & Responsibilities :
1.End to End Recruitment.
2.Client Interaction for clarifying the requirements
3.Recruitment of as per client requirements in given TAT
4.Managing a recruitment team.
5.Co-ordination with candidates post selection for getting documents as required e.g.
resignation letter, acceptance of resignation letter, salary slip and any relevant document as
required for the joining.
6.MIS Reports - status of joining / requirements assigned.
7.Employee interaction.
8.Client Handling
