Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive (Recruitment cum Generalist) to join our team and implement various human resources programs. HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
Roles Responsibilities:
Maintain Master databases. Ensure proper maintenance of personal files. Joining Formalities, Induction Appointment letter for all new joiners Implement innovative welfare measures for the associates. Organize employee engagement activities Manage HR back end operational tasks. Maintain payroll information. Working on employee databases and maintaining employee files and trackers.
Designing Salary Breakup, Payroll Processing, Attendance Leave Record, HR Registers, Files
Manage and process the company Payroll ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
Verification Reconciliation of monthly payroll. Ensure timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s and Form 12Bs.
Responsible for Statutory compliance such as PF, ESI etc. Handle Recruitment independently.
Qualification - Post-Graduation in Human Resources / Personnel Management or Graduation with payroll, HR Operations and Recruitment experience.
