Job Description:
1. Responsible for recruitment process through posting vacancies on Job portals, coordinating with the consultants, arranging Walk-Ins, Referrals etc., screening applicants and inviting suitable candidates for F2F interview.
2. To maintain and update employee database and all documentation work of new joiners.
3. To perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to attendance management, compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters training and development.
4. To complete any other activity assigned by HOD/ Management.
