We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as HR Executive (Generalist Profile)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees
- Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
- Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones
- Conducting all respective trainings in coordination with departments
- Extensive experience in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance
- Managing and operating attendance Software, taking care of it's functions
- Processing Payroll, ESIC, EPF, MLWF and maintaining records
- Ensuring Medical Insurance processing, leave encashment, gratuity payment and EPF KYC
- Ensure the application of labor laws
- Managing exit formalities and processing No-dues.
- Organizing events and conferences for the employees
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1+ year of working experience as an HR Executive or a similar role in the Human Resources department
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to manage time efficiently
