Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Manage end to end Talent Acquisition for Domestic and International Location
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
Determine selection criteria
Source and call potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview tech
Experience in Joining formalities and Documentation
Hands-on experience in Exit Formalities
Handling Performance management
Desired Candidate Profile
06 to 4 years Experience in HR Generalist
Excellent Communication Skills- Oral and Written
Hands on expertise on MS Office
Any Graduate with HR Experience
