Looking for HR who is strong in PF, ESIC and other Statutory Compliance.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
The job is that of a Generalist and will be divided between Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and Payroll.
Talent Acquisition - Good hands on experience in sourcing/negotiation/good track record of offer to joining ratio.

Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers and entity transfers).
