Introducing the new employee to management and to the team members
Scheduling and planning the orientation by coordination with department head
Ensuring joining formalities like PF opening background verification, various form filling, bank opening etc. are completed.
Completing the documentation process and coordinating for the assets and maintaining tracker for the same.
Updating and Maintaining employee record, personal files, managing employee database. • Validation of All Input before start to salary process Handling the entire attendance Process - Biometric + Manual
Formulating HR policies and updating the SOPs
Educating employees from time to time on various HR processes and providing support to them as and when required.
Preparing and issuing documents to employees like offer letter, Appointment letter, Performance improvement plans, increment letters, Resignation acceptance, relieving letters etc.
Addressing the employee grievance and supporting the employees as and when required.
Carrying out a smooth exit process by managing exit logs.
Ensuring that all the exits related documents are signed and shared once the FNF is finalized.
Recruitment –CVs search, preparing basic JD’s portal /database search prelim telephonic interviews, coordinating for the further interviews with senior panellists etc. pre offer documentation
Manage payroll for the employees
Leave Management
Pf/ESIC Co-ordination with various projects and consolidation them for filling • Handling salary queries & providing solution on time.
Employee grievances handling/employee welfare
Budget planning for distribution of Salary
MIS reports.
Exit Formalities from start to end documentation completion, Experience letter, relieving letter
Presenting Left employees exit interview survey report to Management
Induction, orientation, joining & documentation completion, , appointment letter, ID cards, confirmations, transfer letters, exit formalities, Experience letter, relieving letter etc.
Implementing HR Policies & compliances. IR, labor laws & compliance handling
Employee grievances handling/employee welfare
Timely updating various policies. Acts & adhering strictly to the Labor law
Attendance maintenance & vigilance, timely checking attendance & HR Audit for the same • Handling salary queries & providing solution on time. • Payroll Compilation. (Software Spine/Greythr) • Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary. • Maintaining MIS for, Attendance, Leaves and late comings, New Joinee Details.
