JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Senior Executive/Executive Human Resources
Salary CTC : Open for Right Candidate
Function: HR FUNCTIONS OF CORPORATE OFFICE/EPC
Reports to: Senior Manager - HR1. ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for executing & Implementation of the HR policies, practices and Procedures of the CORPORATE OFFICE in alignment to the Administrative & Strategic needs of the organization2.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic/ Policy
Implement HR processes in the Corporate Office. Work with involvement and ownership in tandem with the HODs of the Head office to implement the HR procedures, policies and practices as per the Corporate guidelines.
Operational
Administratively control the back end operations of all the HR functions- Recruitment &Selection, Leave & Attendance, PMS & Performance Appraisal, Training, Employee Engagement.
ELCM: Follow the policies and procedures for managing the employee life cycle and effectively record the transactions and report to the Senior Manager-HR and Corporate HR head
Recruitment: Source and Hire the right talent and perfect fit for the role and the organization and support the seniors in hiring of leadership roles. Sourcing through portals and consultants
Induction: Follow the Induction SOP and on-boarding in line with the Corporate Objectives.
On-boarding and documentation and to maintain employee personal files and documentation.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
PMS: participate actively in defining KRAs/KPI’s of Head office employees- prepare PMS sheets, handover, sign off and reviews as per calendar
Appraisal: Prepare data as per Appraisal calendar and complete the process as per guidelines set for revision
Communication: Internal & External. Ensure timely communication to the Head office staff in line with the requirements of management from time to time
Employee Engagement: Ensure active participation in framing, defining, planning and executing Employee engagement activities in Head Office
Training: Play active role in TNI and TNA, preparation of Training calendar and executing with the senior management.
Exit: Execute the SOPs of exit of employee and ensure smooth exit formalities
HR Operations: Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions.
Data Management & Reports: Take Initiative to automate data management as far as possible by involving Data Analytics and data management
Employee grievance: be the first hand report generator for all employee grievances and bringing upto management notice
Submit reports for the activities of all the HR functions based on the requirement of MIS and analysis by senior management
Should be able to develop relationships with peer companies or competitors
Good command over Excel and managing the HR activities
Should be able to get HR process followed with HOD’s at different locations
Should be effective presenter and implementer of corporate polices in different locations
Responsible for vendor management (e.g. contractor payroll, etc.)
Promptness in Dealing with employee requests regarding human resource issues, in terms of grievance
Maintaining Employee personal files and records.

Effectively manage the human resources in the Head Office according to the stated policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations
An ability to represent STELMEC at highest levels to client and agencies and Brand building activities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. Preferably an PGDBM/MBA in HR
