We are looking for a competent HR Executive to join us to provide HR and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner and act.
The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in warehouse staff and vendor management along with an employee life cycle.
Design, plan, and implement human resources programs for the warehouse.
Manpower planning, complaints handling, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Administer company policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.
Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
Good team player and collaborator, highly committed to quality & timely deliverables; ensure internal customer satisfaction.
Coordinating recruitment for open positions in respective departments and Central Functions.
Onboarding & Induction of new joiners.
Weekly coordination with various locations HRBPs with regards to new joiners, resignations, and status changes information; check for discrepancies; ensure correction & updation.
Orienting new employees to understand investment declarations & tax calculations process.
Check & maintain statutory reports including TDS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC, LWF, etc.
Preparing monthly remittance challans for PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.
HRMS administration
Resolving employees queries.
Provide timely feedback to the Head of HR Operations.
Ready-to-join candidates shall be preferred.
External Skills And Expertise
Graduate with any background, MBA in HR shall be a plus.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and google spreadsheet
Excellent data preparation knowledge.
Handled contract employees and 3rd party vendors
Should have knowledge in Compliance, PF, ESIC
Proficiency in English, and Hindi.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High-level verbal communication skills.
