Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the HRBP Manager, you will balance corporate, function, geographic business needs in deploying HR programs to the business units, and collaborate with branch HR team to influence the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to meet business needs.
As a Site HR Business Partner (Generalist) you are responsible for driving and leading the organizational people strategy and initiatives at a site leadership level.
Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.
Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc.
