Roles and Responsibilities:
Manpower planning & budgeting for the unit
Ensures smooth functioning of all administrative activities including maintenance of HR records (keeping past and current records).
Responsible for implementation of HR systems, policies and processes across the unit.
Responsible towards employee engagement. Create and drive platforms to measure engagement levels and ensure follow up actions
Designing of implementation of employee reward & recognition schemes.
Coordinate with functional heads for technical training and ensure implementation of behavioral training.
Responsible for organizing monthly review meetings and attends the same to take stock of the situation.
Interact with external and internal auditors and resolve identified issues if any.
Ensure audit readiness at all times and accurate documentation as per NABH standards.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance on HR related aspects at all levels
Support in talent acquisition for identified roles in the Unit within agreed timelines
Facilitate employee joining, induction, confirmations and transfers.
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.
Generate periodic HR MIS reports and submit it to Cluster HR Head and Unit Head.
Responsible for maintaining employees personnel files as per NABH standards.
Coordinate in implementing performance appraisal process and arrange review discussions with their respective functional heads.
Review time office management of employees to determine adherence to policy and provide inputs to the payroll team for salary processing
Conduct exit interviews and ensure seamless exit for employees and ensuring full & final settlement as per the timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile :
MBA-HR
Work Experience
2-3 years of experience in Human Resource.
Healthcare / Hospitality experience is preferred.
Strong Team Management skills and ability to positively influence and inspire teams
Knowledge on HR systems & processes
Statutory compliance knowledge
Strong ability to understand business and organization
