The HR is primarily responsible for the recruitment, retention and maintenance of the most assets of the organization- Human Resources
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide freelancer as and when request comes from Clinical Manager/ Client Service Executive upon case confirmation after checking the bench staff availability
Recruit field staff (Registered Nurse, Care Taker, Associate Nurse) on a regular basis depending upon the requirements.
Orientation to be given to all field staffs.
Co-ordinate technical round of interview for all staffs with Clinical Manager.
Provide offer letter for newly joined field staffs
Shall be the first point of contact for any issues arising out of field staff salary, leave balance, PF, ESI, health insurance and all other issues relating to the same.
Coordinate with Quality manager for staff quality check
Per shift cost for freelancers to be fixed depending upon the case.
Arrange for BGV verification for all newly joined staffs
To maintain field staff employment files.
Co ordinate with manpower agencies for manpower supply.
Handling incoming calls through mobile or calling to the leads displayed in the CRM.
Converting leads and transfer the leads to clinical managers
To attend Email, Web, other leads
To maintain complete data in CRM.
Follow up the field staffs (FreeLancer / Payroll staffs) to reach the client place - Verifying staff reached or not
Schedule the Staff attendance in CRM, Changes in scheduling
Create the new POT's, new sales orders
Sending daily report and revenue report.
HR Orientation to be given to all field staffs before on-boarding.
