Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.
You will be responsible for creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments.
Roles and Responsibilities
2+ years of successful experience within a hiring/administrative/support function
Scheduling interviews, sourcing/screening candidates, and facilitating background screenings
Sourcing candidates through Telephonic and direct interviews
Well versed with all job portals
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and job sites.
Follow up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
End-to-end responsibility for the delivery of results on any given assignment within a given time frame.
