Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analysing job requirements and finalising candidates.
Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
Understand staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications and skills.
Manpower planning in consultation with the Functional heads.
Meet and manage recruitment targets for the organization.
Mapping and Documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function.
Designing of recruitment advertisements and liasoning with the recruitment agencies.
Bringing in quality resources to help meet business objectives.
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Develop and co-ordinate internal Employee Referral programs.
Interview candidates to assess their suitability for employment and growth within the organization.
Handling salary negotiations and compensation administration, making offer letters.
Perform reference checks on potential employees.
Monitoring the Selection Process
Scheduling & conducting the Induction process for new employees, organizing training programs for employees, joining formalities of new employees.
Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies.
Should be able to design the organisation structure keeping in view the future expansion plans.
Ensuring optimum utilisation of human resources i.e. manpower planning and deployment.
Should be able to introduce new HR initiatives
Support employees engagement initiatives
Preferably an exposure on-line HR processes.
Handle day to day employee queries
Ensuring adherence to policies & procedure
Handle entire gamut of Employee relations
Prepare and issue various letters, notices and circulars
Preparing various MIS reports
Conducting the exit interview and handle the relieving formalities
Handle Full and final settlements of relieving employees
Support and co-ordinate other HR & admin related functions as per the requirement
Important:
Candidate applying should be preferably from pharmaceutical industry background
Proficient in English, Hindi and Gujarati language
Computer Operation Skill MS Office & exposure of various recruitment and government portals
Note: Salary shall commensurate
