Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
preferred : female candidate
minimum qualification : graduate and post graduate in HR (preferred)
minimum 2 years of experience as HR recruiter and HR company policies and process.
skill sets :
complete know how of MS OFFICE
must have worked on biometric attendance software
fluency in English.
must have capability to give new ideas to growth of the company and must not be only working limited to profile.
A MULTI TAKSER SHALL BE PREFERRED.
roles and responsibilities:
job profile preparation understand the positions from vertical heads.
shall have to ensure the funnel ready for the positions as per the heirarchy.
screening of the profiles fitting best to the required job profile and further aligning for the interviews.
attendance updates to the concerned client and reporting heads.
monthly attendance reports processing and forwarding to accounts for salary release.
induction process of the new inductee and proper hand holding and guiding the employees to ensure company policies are followed and check for grievancies if any.
aligning required trainings to the team to sharpen the skill sets of the team.
alloting laptops and tool kits to the team mates as per the allocated job profile.
support call allocation to the concerned department considering basic CRM.
