The person needs to perform Joining formalities of new employee.
Should be well versed with Salary preparation.
Time Office / Payroll management.
Should have good knowledge regarding PF, ESIC and other labour law compliance's.
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel & ERP) and various HR software programs.
Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
