Job description
We are looking for a HR Executive to join our busy team. the successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and proactive administrative service to the HR Team. Responsible for providing support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle from on-boarding new joiners, all the way through to administering the exit process, the successful candidate will assist in the smooth running of the HR function and ensure the HR Team's effectiveness and efficiency through first class administration and organisational support.
Responsibilities:
The HR Executive role will include;
First point of contact for queries from employees and managers
Complete on-boarding for new starters
Ensure all employee payroll changes are processed monthly and payroll reports are checked
Supporting the Senior HR with processing international payroll
Drafting and sending out contracts and letters for current employees
Issuing freelancer agreements and responding to queries from freelancers
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have;
Recent demonstrable administration experience, an interest in or experience of HR is ideal
Must be able to handle, plan and organise a very busy workload, handling conflicting priorities and managing expectations and interruptions
Strong interpersonal/communication skills both verbal and written is must
Strong numeracy skills
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience of using a database (ideally a HR and/or Payroll system) and the ability to quickly get to grips with new systems
