Job description
Role & responsibilities
To source and screen candidates, interview the shortlisted ones, checking references, hire staff and make onboarding arrangements
Maintain department records, review performances and wages and ensure workplace health and safety compliance
Maintain employee records related to work performance, absence, grievance, payroll processing, compensation and termination
Develop company policies and guidelines, handle employee relations and assess staff requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Good organizational skills to tackle multiple tasks concurrently
Excellent understanding of financial matters to process payroll, plan and implement budgets
Good decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills to handle communication and understand people
Expertise in areas such as human resources and knowledge in business management, finance, and mass communication
Relevant bachelors/ masters degree
