Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
End-End Management of Salary , Recruitment and Training for Company employees.
Responsible for working with accounts for proper generation of salary .
Responsible for all legal HR related filing like EPF , ESIC , Gujarat Labour Welfare Board and Liaoning with our legal team and all govt. bodies.
Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales
Review and analyze resumes , and create database for company future usage.
Scour job search websites like naukri.com, monster etc for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.
Create and Implement HR Processes for old and new staff.
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate
Proficient in Gujarati and English
Needs to have 2-3 years of work experience
Should have good knowledge of PC and website like naukri.com , monster jobs etc
Should have knowledge of PF , ESIC and all Labour Laws of Gujarat.
