Requires
Receptionist cum HR Executive
Sahaj Solar Limited (SSL) is an IEC Approved MNRE Solar Panel Manufacturer in Ahmedabad, India having all National & International Certificates which includes MNRE, MNRE Channel Partner, ISO 9001:2008, TUV Saar, IEC 61215, IEC 61730 1 and IEC 61730-2. SSL supplies quality solar panels all over the India. SSL also carries out project assignments with Solar Water Pump, Solar Street Light etc.
SSL is looking for a suitable candidate who can assist and carry out all HR & administrative functions. The position calls for person with suitable educational qualification, experience, maturity and integrity.
Job Description :
The candidate should be capable enough to assist and carry out at least following functions:
Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office.
Support to other departments such as HR, Accounts, Marketing, and Admin department on daily basis.
Administrative Support: - Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry. - Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Employee Records Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
HR Documentation: - Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies. - Assist in the development and maintenance of HR manuals and guidelines.
Benefits Administration: - Support the administration of employee benefits programs. - Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Employee Relations: - Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate more complex issues to the HR Manager. - Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage Stores, House Keeping Services, Security Services etc.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B. Com or a related field. - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position .
Candidate should have very good communication skills - both written and verbal.
Age: Between 18 to 35 years.
Location : Prahladnagar/Bavla,Ahmedabad.
