Job description
Responsible for overall quality system in HR department.
Understanding and Executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all department.
To Co-ordinate for recruitment Process.
Sourcing candidates via Job online advertisement and recruitment agencies.
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with
coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted
candidates.
To complete Joining Formalities of New Joining Employees with documentation :
- Joining Form - Documentations Submission
Introduce Newly Appointed person to all Dept. & hand over to concern HOD.
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees.
To Issue ID Card to all employees.
Review, update and maintain proper filing of documents
Setting up / Update / Forward email addressed for new employees.
Planning of company events or activities on occasions by managements approval.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Must be graduate with background education in HR.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word &
Microsoft Power Point.
Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills
Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We do not need a person expert in Labor law and legislation for worker.
Min. 2 to 4 years of experience in handling as HR Executive is required.
A person should be skilled in computer as using IT as HR tool in recruitment, induction programme etc.
