Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing Talent Sourcing as Per Organization requirement
- End to End Recruitment for IT and Non IT profiles
- Employee induction program & Ensure that all joining formality are performed on time.
- Working on other H.R Operation related activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication
- Minimum graduate (commerce background preferred)
- Well versed with hiring tools
- Minimum 6 months experience into hiring
- Excel Knowledge
- Immediate joiner required
