Job description
1)Handle end to end recruitment.
2)Responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirements and furnishing them with relevant profiles.
3) Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, job search portals, and internal database and web posting.
4)Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and manage candidate databases.
5)Responsible for the first round of interview, documents and background verification, reference checks.
6) Handle full function of onboarding, joining formalities
7)Prepare offer, appointment, and employee contract letter and perform compliance check before releasing the offer.
8)Drive employee engagement, handling the training coordination for new and existing employees
9)Actively monitor employee performance and assist employee appraisal
10)Grievance handling, provide solutions at HR policy related queries, provide guidance
11)Conduct exit formalities of the employees and updating record.
