Position Title: Executive / Sr. Executive HR
Position Summary:
We are looking for a trusted partner, proactive people person, and meticulous professional who strives to create a positive work environment and can contribute to building positive people experience by providing solution oriented, timely and flawless support.
Responsibilities:
Understand talent needs, create and implement effective hiring strategies, and drive consistent recruiting practices & processes that support the business for on time hiring, and create strong candidate experience.
Sourcing candidates, scheduling & coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate database.
Ensure positive new hire experience by implementing the right practices, and effectively managing joining formalities, orientation, and onboarding.
Assist in implementation and administration of various HR policies.
Provide support in seamless execution and management of end-to-end HR processes from hiring to separation.
Use analytical techniques to prepare and maintain HR data, metrics, and MIS.
Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical HR documents throughout the employee lifecycle.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of tasks assigned by the HR Head.
Education:
A bachelors or masters degree in human resource management (or a relevant field of study) from a recognized university.
Experience:
4 to 6 years experience in a similar role.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English language.
Thorough understanding and ability to leverage various recruitment platforms.
Good interpersonal and networking skills.
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare HR metrics.
High proficiency in MS office.
Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with neutral and solution-oriented approach without being judgmental.
Energy, can-do attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile to support.
