Job description
Job Location: Near Karnavati Club, SG Highway, Ahmedabad.
Multiple vacancies in HR department for a leading and fastest growing construction company in Ahmedabad.
For HR Executive Role:
Prior experience as an Executive Recruiter
Sound knowledge of full cycle recruiting
Experience with sourcing of candidates using various tools/technologies
Sound knowledge of candidate selection methods and all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
Assist in designing companys overall hiring and retention strategies
In addition, candidate will be assisting HR Manager in other HR assignments such as PMS, Employee Engagement, T&D etc.
For HR Manager Role:
Supporting the conceptualization & design of HR strategic initiatives and help to drive the same Engaging regularly with all function heads to understand business-specific needs & drive people agenda
Supporting all recruitment initiatives completely & working with central teams to define better sourcing strategies
Driving the following strategic initiatives in the function
Hiring & retention
Overall retention strategies
Any other defined from time to time
Acting as an employee champion by ensuring the following:
Implementing of all engagement activities
Managing employee grievances & employee queries appropriately
As HR Generalist for the function, delivering on the following for all managers & employees as required:
Employee relations
Performance management and appraisal support
Training support, including identification of needs & design/identification of appropriate programs
Supporting communication processes within the function to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees:
Manage payroll activities including attendance, leave payroll inputs, etc.
Manage processes like
Statutory compliances
Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis
- o PMS
- o R&R
- o Insurance
- o Others as defined from time to time
Monitoring and managing the HR budget to ensure optimization of resources
- • Complete responsibility for all HR documentation as required
- • Provide feedback to leadership on critical HR issues in the function
Must haves
At least a Bachelors degree/PG in Human Resources Management
2+ years of experience
Sound knowledge of all labor regulations
In-depth knowledge of respective specialization area (e.g. trends, market status and best practices etc.)
A sharp business acumen along with a deep market insight
Excellent negotiation and influencing qualities
Confidentiality and integrity
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
