Roles and Responsibilities
To support in Timely filling of vacancies
To support in Implementing of Remuneration Policy and management of salary disbursement as per Policy
To support in Accurate and timely presentation of salary sheet and related MIS duly signed off by appropriate officers
Monitoring Employee Confirmations as per schedule
To support in Training Needs Identification & Feedback for Customization of Training
To support in Timely Issue of KRAs to all employees, duly signed off by them and subsequent Timely closure of Appraisals
To support RHR in Grievance Handling
Competency framework to be used for Recruitment, Training Need Identification and career development
To provide support Implementation of the various components of HR Policy as per applicable labor laws
Desired Candidate Profile
Ready to travel across Gujarat, Rajasthan & MP. Good at communication, Freshers may also apply
