Job description Education, Background, and competency Skills Graduation, Management Course in HRM Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law Work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labour Relations or Business Responsibilities Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations Recruitment & selection. Job Profile Administration Work: Ensuring attendance records, General Administration work including Maintenance and Housekeeping work to be carried at Office / Factory and looking out for new land proposal in Navi Mumbai, Khopoli area or as required and visit exiting warehouse to check the stock as and when required, attending Society matters, local Gram panchayat and getting plans approved from local authorities, to take care of Property Tax and negotiate the same. Disciplinary process: Nonconformance and deviation handling, Designing and implementation of Code of Conduct, Grievance and redressal management ESH & Training & Development: Checking of All Fire Extinguisher, Grievance handling (worker, staff, and vendors etc), To maintain training records (As per Audit), Give proper training to Worker, : Identifying training needs, Facilitating training, Coordinating functional training, Evaluation of training and feedback HR Policy: Implementation of policy guidelines, On-time follow-up for review presentations, Action Points follow-ups and on-time closure . Recruitment: Recruitment of new staff and making their JD ensure they stay in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai., Understanding recruitment guidelines, Ensuring pool of candidates availability for all positions, Ensure that the candidates fit in the company Salary bracket. Conducting interviews and ensure closure within specified timelines, Induction and orientation of new employees. Statutory compliance: Prepare Muster Roll, Pollution Related record, Fire NOC related record, UAN & KYC updation, Leave updation (Factory Staff & Worker), New Employee ESIC Registration, maintain all Registers related to Factory Act.
