Roles and Responsibilities
To coordinate with Technical panel and understanding their requirements and prepare job description.
Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals, head hunting and co-ordinating with recruitment partners.
Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads and develop smooth transition with new joiners.
To design HR Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
Maintain employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies across the organization at all levels.
To calculate payroll as per the track record of attendance and prepare the final salary sheet.
Proven experience in preparation of various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, salary certificate, experience/relieving letter and service agreement etc.
To calculate appraisal on the basis of 360 degree feedback evaluation and maintain track record of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
Effectively manage employee engagement activities like festival celebrations, monthly activities, a welcome-mail policy to all new joiners, regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy. Taking care of grievances, attrition and retention ratio.

Should be motivational, energetic and decision-maker
Hands on experience in HR policy making, recruitment, joining & Exit formalities, Payroll processing
Excellent communication
Good convincing power
MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resource preferred
