Job description
Role demands amalgamation of Talent Acquisition Human Capital Management
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening Resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Planning and executing employee engagement activities
Onboarding of new employees, documentation and orientation
Key Skills:
Experience in recruitment for bulk hiring
Knowledge of job boards and current trending recruitment strategies
Excellent communication skills people skills
Hands on knowledge and working experience in MS Excel
