Job description:
Manage daily HR operations and processes including payroll, compliances, and leave management.
Should be responsible for updating and drafting important documents such as job descriptions, Employee Handbook, forms, SOP, performance appraisal etc.
Need to source the candidates from the various recruiting agencies and the ads posted online. Resume shortlisting of candidates who have applied for the job and then conducting telephonic interviews, face to face interviews.
Managing monthly and quarterly compliances as per the factories and labor act.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
He / She should be excellent in organizing work and be able to work independently in a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and should be able to maintain a healthy relationship with the employees.
Should be at least aware of all the Microsoft Office tools.
