Job description Position Summary The position will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for the group in the SAARC Region through various sourcing tools. Additionally the incumbent will be responsible for on-boarding process & employer branding activities in the region. Role and Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand positions requirements Hiring potential candidates by using social media networks (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter other job portals & internal job portal) Implement campus-hiring programme Identifying new methods of recruitments Responsible for Industry mapping activities Proactive hiring of critical positions in the organization To ensure offer to joining ratio is 100% Negotiation of salary with candidates Ensuring closure of positions within TAT Design & implement Employer Branding activities in the region Support hiring managers in opening positions in Global People Solutions (GPS SAP Success Factors) Desired Candidate Profile Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases Communicates effectively Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously Negotiation and selling skills Accepts responsibilities Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory Educational Qualification and Experience Minimum 2 years sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools Education: Post-graduate (HR)Roles and Responsibilities Perks and Benefits As per Industry Standard.
