Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records
Vendor agreement renewals and follow-up with all units wrt vendor related activities
Checking statutory renewals and follow-up with all units on renewals
Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
Compile payroll data for management, auditors, and others
Serve as back-up to other payroll specialist
Document procedures
Assure that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries, questions, etc.
Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal groups, hiring managers, and external parties (as required).
Address and resolve problems in a timely manner
Take initiative; demonstrate strong decision-making and organizational skills
Initiate best practices; develop efficiency improvements
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Ensures compliance with state, and local payroll, wage laws and best practices.
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
MIS Reports Preparation of MIS reports according to Sr. Manager Requirement.
MIS Reports Consolidattion of all unit reports, follow up with all units to receive in time data
Adrenaline Software
Documentation of new customisations according to head hr requirement
Coordinating with adrenaline team for solving queries through ticketing system
Implementation process of modules
Handling employee quires about shift changes, duty roasters, OT & time office management .
Preferred candidate profile
* 2-5 years of experience in HR operations
* Good communication skills
