Job description
We are looking for a well-qualified, goal-oriented and analytical HR
Executive, who will be responsible for handling end-to-end Organizational Training and all the Internal and External Audits as per CMMI and ISO standards
He/she will work closely with the senior managers of the company to ensure alignment of business objectives with employees
The right candidate should have superior people management and presentation skills while also looking to work in a dynamic environment
He/she should be able to come up with new ideas and bring about solutions, all the while considering budget limitations
Therefore it is extremely necessary for the ideal candidate to have experience in Compliance, Learning and Development, Labor laws, HR policies and best practices
Organization Training:
Identify training needs (Strategic and tactical across the organization)
Training Plan/Calendar document to be prepared and updated yearly and kept in Organizational repository to establish strategic training needs.
Establish and maintain training capability to address organizational
training needs
Training material to support these trainings is developed, reviewed and
used for imparting trainings in the organization.
Once training is imparted its effectiveness shall be measured for
effectiveness of the training.
Training assessment sheet can be prepared for assessing training
effectiveness using different criteria like training material, training
contents, topics covered, trainer evaluation, presentation style, participants
evaluation by trainer, participants evaluation by reporting manager post
training.
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or
knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Responsible for identifying training and development needs within an
organization
Participate and lead internal and external audits as per CMMI, ISO standards
Coordinate, in-depth analysis and end to end communication on complete
Organizational Training function in the organization.
Review training schedules, and ensure calendars are scheduled correctly.
Managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training
programs.
HR Audits:
Participate and lead internal as well as external audits as per CMMI, ISO
standards
Create and maintain documentation related to CMMI and ISO standards.
Employee Life Cycle:
Managing, coordinating, and handling confirmations as per the eligibility
and issuing letters
Employee one on one connect
Maintain Quarterly employees KPI / KRA, Competency Dictionary
Maintain Quarterly employees Skill Matrix
HRMS database Validation and management:
Ensuring and maintaining employee data mapping and accuracy on HRMS
software.
Competency Mapping and Skill Matrix:
Responsible to create, update and maintain Competency Dictionary and Skill
Matrix for the Organization at a periodic internals such as Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-yearly/ Yearly.
