Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary. Administering compensation and benefit plans. Hand on experience in handling end to end recruitment at different levels of experience. Should be good at salary negotiation. Assist in coordinating all interviews for candidates. Hands on experience in handling IT & non IT recruitments. Should be target oriented and handled management positions. Maintain required documentation, including leaves of absence, Attendance. Handling onboarding & exit process. Should be good at excel/word & presentation. Hands on experience in training & development. Create and maintain database and timely MIS reports. Support the administration of employee policies/procedures. Handling employee grievances. Responsible for employee engagement, talent development, succession, recruitment and compensation & benefit. Should be able to design and deliver HR solutions in line with business priorities. Actively identifies gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risk Build. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. Good knowledge of employment/labour laws. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems (Ex. Keka, Zoho) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Expertise in HR policies and procedures. Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of PF/ESI/Medical Insurance will be an added advantage Knowledge of statutory compliances. BBA/MBA grads with minimum 4+ years of experience. Preferred from manufacturing industry.
