About Gravton Motors:
Gravton Motors was founded on the idea that electric vehicles can contribute to sustainable living provided, it comes at the convenience or ease of using fossil-fuel powered vehicles. We designed and engineered our first electric two-wheeler QUANTA on this one single principle that should be adopted by many to lower carbon footprint by introducing SES (Swap Ecosystem) into the design of the vehicle as well as the business model.
QUANTA is conceptualized, designed, and engineered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for the Indian Market. We built our vehicle to be robust enough to attract a whole new crowd who would appreciate a practical design, by redefining the step-through design of the two-wheeler market in India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Expert in Full cycle recruitment process.
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Administering compensation and benefit plans.
Hand on experience in handling end to end recruitment at different levels of experience.
Should be good at salary negotiation.
Assist in coordinating all interviews for candidates.
Hands on experience in handling IT & non IT recruitments.
Should be target oriented and handled management positions.
Maintain required documentation, including leaves of absence, Attendance.
Handling onboarding & exit process.
Should be good at excel/word & presentation.
Hands on experience in training & development.
Create and maintain database and timely MIS reports.
Support the administration of employee policies/procedures.
Handling employee grievances.
Responsible for employee engagement, talent development, succession, recruitment and compensation & benefit.
Should be able to design and deliver HR solutions in line with business priorities.
Actively identifies gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risk Build.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems (Ex. Keka, Zoho)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in HR policies and procedures.
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
Knowledge of PF/ESI/Medical Insurance will be an added advantage
Knowledge of statutory compliances.
BBA/MBA grads with minimum 4+ years of experience.
Preferred from manufacturing industry.
