Salary : 2,00,000 to 3,50,000 (Fixed annual Salary) + Incentives

Working Days: 6 (Monday- Saturday)
2. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
Assist in the execution of all frontline responsibilities related to Human Resources
Sourcing resumes primarily for Real estate candidates through job portals and social media platforms
The recruiter will be hired on third party / outsourced payroll
Scheduling interviews and ensuring that interviewees report for the interviews
Should be able to handle both Recruitments (80%) & HR Operations (20%)
Recruitment for Mid-level/ Sr Level /Leadership hiring
Maintain employee files, preparation of letters, database management etc
Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications
Develop pool of qualified candidates by calling and aligning them for interviews
Generation and maintenance of various trackers & reports
