Handling the entire Recruitment from junior level to senior level
Sourcing through multiple channel like Referrals, Job Portals, Mass-mailing, Job Posting & Online social networks
Pr-Screening of the profiles, Conducting Telephonic & in-person Interviews.
Collect documents, taking HR interviews & salary negotiation etc.
Offer Letter Generation & Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful onboarding.
