JOB DETAILS
Good Experience in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements
Design and update job descriptions
Extensive exposure in sourcing on job portals like (Naukri, Monster,LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Strong recruitment activities-sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiating salary offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Communicate with hiring managers as well as with the candidates on their joining status/progress.
Maintain recruiting reports and completing reference and background checks
Taking care of Induction /joining formalities for new hires.
Compile and update employee database records
Initiate and coordinate employee engagement activities
Handle HR related queries & grievances
Desired Profile :
Graduate /MSW /MBA (HR) with minimum 1+year of experience in Recruitment
HR Consultancy hiring experience an advantage.
Candidate Profile Ability to work independently
Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills are mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
