Job Title: Executive - HR

Reporting to: Assistant Manager - HR
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for handling 80% operations and 20% recruitment's.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Handling pre/post joining documentation for selected candidates
Email id activation and configuration
Updating and maintaining documents on HRIS
Maintaining various MIS
Coordinate with external vendor for background verification of new joiners
Maintaining and updating Mediclaim data of employees
Coordinating with external compliance consultants
Manage exit process for resigned employees
Contributing in recruitment's
Sourcing profiles through portals and references
Scheduling interviews
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in the field of commerce, MBA in HR is preferred
2-4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment's
Experience on working with HRMS/HRIS systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
