Responsibilities and Duties
As IT recruiter, you will:
Update and post job descriptions for multiple profiles on various portals
Source candidates by using databases, social media, training centers, off campus drives etc.
Screen and shortlist candidates for telephonic interviews
Schedule and conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate in person technical interviews
Prepare status reports
